Client is in the worst state it has ever been riot wtf

In clubs you cant see people's names,icons.In friend list you cant view profile of a friend who is offline, most of the time pressing chat icon doesnt work and message bar wont pop up. Then post game lobby you cant see who left the lobby and who is still in there because the letters arent white like they used to be, they are grey.I tried reinstalling and download riot hextech repair tool and it didnt help which means this is totally on Riot
