Sion's skills problem
Luckily it was a bot match, so it didn't really matter, but the last time i played 
i couldn't activate his Q or Ult.

It's a very common bug, I also had it before. But it's been like, 2 patches ago it happened, and I have no idea why Riot hasn't started looking into it yet.
