winter wonder neeko e bug [gameplay]

i just bought winter wonder neeko and took her out for a spin. i noticed there is a huge visual bug where every time i used my e, the moment i pressed the e key, my whole computer screen was covered with a white-purple glitchy static (like the static you see on unconnected tv channels/channels) for about a .5 second. every single time, the whole game. there was no lag or anything when it happened and everyhing else was normal but this bug was pretty annoying to deal with. this hasn’t happened for me on regular neeko, just this skin.
