Lost my promo's because of this bug, to reproduce start a ranked match and when trying to change runes the timer stopt at 0 and i returned to queue with this red message and 20 less lp on ranked screen.... Could not join any ranked match after that. Its not the case its ended because of inactivity (i played one hour before this message. Inactivity in promos works different (you have to complete the whole series in ~25 days)

When did you enter the promos?

Edit: Ya nvm I see on the second picture that you played, so it prob is a bug.

Same shit happened to me today.. got promos, played a game, went to have lunch then when I came back the promos where gone due to inactivity, 1h of being away...
