Can't save the regular Bilgewater emote [client]

So recently I finished the last of the new Bilgewater missions that came out with Pyke's release. The final mission gives the Bilgewater sigil emote. Now I went to my emote wheel in the Collection part of the client and added it to my regular emote wheel. once I added it and tried to save the changes it told me that it couldn't be saved because of an error. It wouldn't let me change the emote wheel while waiting in champ select either, or more specifically it would let me change but wouldn't let me save the changes (all of this after locking in of course) I went back and tried to redo the wheel changes after I had played a game and it seemed to have fixed the issue. so I think the bug only occurs right after you get the emote from the mission and it fixes itself after you play a game. I got the emote from winning an ARAM game, in case that might make a difference when trying to the figure out the bug.
