Bug In Champ Select! (Staff Please Read)

I had 100 lp, 1 win in promos with 2 game left. I always get 3/3 wins on my promos but on the 2nd promo game, the champ select froze so i lost that game for no reason. The same thing happened for game #3 so i lost my promos entirely due to problems on Riot ad my connections were perfectly fine. Will my accout just stay as 2 free losses? or can i fix this 2 loss problem?

hi joshhjchung, sorry to hear that. I have the same issue and I've lost 36 ranking points due to the froze happened in champ select. RIOT must explain it. so disappointed with the new champ select.
