I had a ranked game earlier that just became stuck in the waiting-for-scores screen. I didn't receive LP for it nor does it show up in the in game history. When checking the match history on this website it is visible though.
They claim they can not adjust the database for LP either, they are about to find out why that is a very bad thing I think, now with people able to prove they won a match and got no points.
Same here. Shows up on the site, but not IP, LP or in game history.
Just happened to me too, 1/1 in my series to Silver 1 and won my final game, didn't give me my rank up....
I suppose the IP boost that they gave us was wasted too, at least for me.
Here is Riot in its true form. When I emailed support to show them this, they asked for r3d logs. I used the website to find the right timestamp for the match in question so that I could find the right r3d log. This means it was on the website just fine. Once I sent in the logs rather than own up to their mistake they removed the match from the website and said it is not in their records.
I somewhat understand them not being able to adjust LP for the winning/losing teams, but removing it from their records completely to cover their tracks is BAD FORM.
