[GAMEPLAY] Mikaels giving more cdr than tooltip says
When I finished my mikaels i saw my cdr go from 10 to 20, I don't know if its an intentional change or not.
How to reproduce: Buy mikaels, and see your cdr change.

Do you mean you had 0 CDR and it jumped to 20, or do you mean you had 10 CDR and it jumped to 20?
Sometimes when you buy a cooldown reduction item, your stats will visually change and add 10% to the current cooldown reduction of the item.
For example: If you have 0% CDR and buy an item like 
, you may see your CDR jump to 20%, but it will drop down to 10% after a few seconds.
If you had 10% CDR and it jumped to 20, th_(:з」∠)_at's normal since 
gives 10% CDR.
Mikaels gives 10% cdr though? It builds out of Forbidden Idol which gives 10% cdr and Mikaels keeps it.
Unless you are saying it gives 20% total there isnt an issue
