Either Azir is broken or this champ is bugged

While playing again Azir he would stun us for long period of time, also he would slam you against the wall stunned, not to mention his long slow he has. So either this guy was scripting or Azir is broken. I would like to mention after you try to run away with being slowed his soldiers poke you to death. I was full tank and dead after he hit me three times. I built Banshee Veil it was up and that did not matter one bit. He destroyed us from early on in game.
