Tahm Kench and Recall glitch

Hello folks! I would like to report a bug. Or is it a glitch?

With good timing, Tahm is able to devour a teammate when they are casting Recall in that 1 second when the bar of Recall is loading up. If the teammates throw out themselves or Tahm Kench does so, Recall will be interrupted. The video speaks for itself.
