[GAMEPLAY] New masteries bug

Hello there

Bug seems to appear whenever 2 or more champions take exact same masterie Thunderlord's Decree The bug hardens gameplay for one who is using that masterie (all except 1st person with it in the game) Everyone else in game (your team) cant use it (for example if you were last pick, and someone took it before you.. you wont be able to use it) Idont know if its for sure, but i will check it once more just in case I hope this will be fixed, if it is a bug
