[Gameplay] Xayah, Deadly Plumage interacts badly with Runaan's Hurricane.

Xayah's W - Deadly Plumage has a bugged interaction with Runaan's Hurricane. The additional 20% damage proc on Deadly Plumage does the reduced value for Xayah's main target, not just the additional bolts. This means that while the 40% damage bolts on Runaan's proc a secondary 8% strike during Deadly Plumage, Xayah's main target receives reduced damage as well, also doing 8% damage instead of the intended 20%.

1. In the practice tool, make three dummies next to eachother.

2. Purchase Runaan's Hurricane.

3. Activate Deadly Plumage, and attack the central dummy from roughly max range, perpendicular to the line of dummies.

All of the secondary proc damages should be the same, assuming you compare critical damage to critical, and non critical to non critical.

Oddly enough this seems to only be happening when all three dummies are attacked, and from mid-range and out. When only 1 or 2 are attacked, the main target takes the appropriate damage. When attacked from up close, it seems to start out taking the correct damage, even with all 3 being attacked, but only toward the beginning. It starts taking the reduced damage later, when the Clean Cuts procs run out. When standing on one of the side dummies in the line, then attacking the furthest one, all 3 dummies consistently take appropriate damage regardless of Clean Cut procs.
