[Client]Crash after Fiora patch

I've tried repairing my files to make sure that wasn't it, but it still does it. Seems after logging in, there's a certain amount of time I have before the client crashes. Seems it's sped up by highlighting things since if I sweep my mouse across the client it will crash faster. It doesn't always crash though, but the times it doesn't crash, it freezes visually. Like if I go to match up, the client freezes and I can't accept to join, or if I do, it might freeze during champ select(cause my mouse highlights the 50 champs that show up on screen so I can't exactly avoid them) meaning I can still select champs, but I can't see what people are writing and I have to pick based off of the champ select voice.

Same to me but my client crashes on play, every 2 or 3 games my screen freeze and this happen on 2 of my PC, a laptop and a desktop, additonally i have low fps every match mostly in fights 5 vs 5, I can't do nothing but reboot also CTRl+alt+sup do nothing, I didn´t have this problem before until the 5.14 patch and still with 5.15. please fix this, when i play leaver buster detects this like I afk and give me the penalization, I´m now in 20 min queue.

Laptop i7 with 12 gb ram and 290m nvidia gpu Desktop dual core 3.2 4 ram and HD 6670 radeon

i put all my video settings in low and still the same problem

There's also a few smaller bugs like the attack icon arrow not having a transparent background meaning it's a black box with a red arrow

My issue isn't crashing in game, it's crashing trying to get to champ select. I don't even have to get to champ select, just logging in and running my mouse over some things will crash it. Once I'm in a game everything is ok, but considering I have to race to clock and not touch anything to get into a match and login since it will crash 100% of the time once champ select is down and I "reconnect" to the match in "progress" and make everyone wait and extra minute at the loading screen :/
