League has strong input delay specifically only for keyboard inputs

I played three games today, one as ivern, one as gnar, and one as senna.

The ivern and senna games today were almost unplayable because of input delay on only keyboard inputs. I had 50 ping, and it worked for right clicks, movement and attack commands were normal, but any attempt to use abilities or ward would result in the ability or ward being placed in the direction of where my cursor was about 2 seconds after I pressed the key. Normally when lagging, an input will still go to where you intended, only happening after a few seconds after you intended. With this, it still happens later than intended, but it responds to where your cursor is at the time the game decides to cast, oftentimes firing in a wildly different direction or warding the middle of the lane.

I figured this may be a me issue, except it didn't happen in the gnar game at all, which happened in between the senna and ivern games, with no settings changed.

Check cpu usage when it happens. I would venture a guess that something was running that is cpu intensive, little antivirus. Hopefully that is the issue, and not something more serious.
