Taking Turret Dmg While Zhonya's is Active [GAMEPLAY]

On ARAM, I was playing as fiddle and would dive/ult the enemy team under their nexus turrets. Activated zhonyas and heard the alert pings telling me I was aggro-ing the turrets--- worth noting that alerts sounded in quicker succession than normal. The moment zhonyas ended the health bar over my character went from full to 10% hp, then I dided. When the game was ending I ult/zhonya'ed under their spawnpoint and activated zhoya. Died while Zhonya's was still active.
