On 12/26/16, I was gifted by a friend of mine named "Jhincent Vangogh", he gifted me Dark Star Thresh. I tried again to use it today but it says I don't own the skin, yet it says he gifted it to me. I tried resetting my client, didn't help either. Help please!!! I posted a link to a Google Slides page because I don't know any other way to show you.
If he was issued a chargeback (unable to pay for the RP he purchased) anything he bought with that RP would be removed. This is the most common reason for disappearing gifted items. He would have been given a temporary ban until he paid the chargeback, but if you can contact him ask him.
If you're unable to contact him or otherwise still can't figure out where the skin went, submit a Support Ticket for Missing Content.
