Login page won open after hitting launch.

Just installed a new mobo, so I had to reinstall windows, and now when I hit launch the launcher disappears, but the login page does not come up. The only fix I have found is to go to roaming>lolclient and delete it, then open the launcher, repair, and then it opens up. Obviously this is not viable to do EVERY TIME I open league.
