TOO MANY BOTS IN ARAM

I have played lol for quite a while I just do not understand that why there is bot every time I enter the game It is easy to tell who are the bots those without masteries probable & those who did not show their enter record to the chat room I rarely complaint about the game cause I know that supporters are trying o solved problems But the number of bot I have faced are too much and too over I just could not even play a normal game in ARAM It is not used to be like this before If you have doubt you can check my record and watched the video.... I have tried my best to play but just too many bots Sometimes there are 3 to 4 bots on my side....
