[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench's ult + WW ult = disabling Tahm's ult for the rest of the game

This happened on a normal game. I played Tahm Kench and wanted to TP Ashe with my ult. The** ennemy Warwick interrupted my ult**, approximatively when Tahm was burrying in the ground. The ult was of course canceled, and both Ashe and me didn't TP. But for the whole game, using my ult had effects :

• When I use it alone or wait the full channeling,** I don't get TP and get a 10s CD**.
• When I use it with an Ally jumping in, it uses the W and eat him, putting the W in CD and acting just like a regular use of W. It put my ult on a full CD, but my ally still saw the green icon of available ult.
