[GAMEPLAY] Warwick Q is Broken

This bug has been going on for 4 months and Riot still hasn't fixed or even acknowledged it.

After using his ultimate, Warwick's Q seems to go on an invisible cooldown. Almost every time. You ult, and your Q displays as ready to cast, but simply will not respond for at least 5 seconds.

1. Play Warwick
2. Cast R on an enemy.
3. After R ends, try to cast Q.
4. Q shows as though off cooldown, allows you to target with it, but does nothing when cast (still showing as though not on cooldown).

This is game breaking for Warwick, and there have been at least 3 threads started about it. It's been going on since patch 4.12, this is getting ridiculous.
