[Gameplay] One Time Morgana Shield Bug?

Just finished a ranked game where I was playing as Leona. Me, Skarner, and Heimer were chasing her down and she threw up her spellshield. A lot was happening so I'm not quite sure what the sequence of events were, but I tried to time it so that I could E and Q as soon as her shield was down.

But I mistimed it and fired off my E and Q too soon so her shield looked like it was still up. However, E and Q still worked. I'm guessing it was some sort of graphical error and her shield really was down but the bubble was still showing.

Apparently someone on the other team was watching the action and said I was hacking, which I wasn't. It didn't seem to happen at any other point in the game. Every other time she shielded one of her teammates or herself from Leona's skills, it worked as expected.
