Bugs Resulting In Ranked Game Lose

I just recently ran into the issue of losing my promos to a loading bug. Not only that, but the player I duo-ed with ALSO crashed the same way. This frustrates me immensely. Since I couldn't reconnected to the game, it resulted in a remake and a lose for me. Is there a way I can get my lose set as a remake and have no penalty? That would be much better for myself and my friend (and personally seems well justified). [zombie-brand-facepalm]
