Illaoi Frame Rate Drop Bug

I just recently played a game with an Illaoi top lane who decided to troll (big shocker) and apparently if you spam your taunt and spawn tentacles near the base for the first 10-15 minutes of the game, everyone's frame rates will drop including the members on the other team. This ultimately led to fps ranging from 0-10 for everyone on the team. Riot please look into this.
