PBE ACCOUNT NOT ACCESSIBLE AFTER RIOT USERNAME CHANGE

Keeps saying my PBE Credential log in information is not in the database even though i have checked my eligibilty in which i have had a PBE account for a long time. After Riot Suggested me to change my username I cannot sign into PBE with my current or old account details
