alpha bug

Hey guys, so today I got the new league alpha, and on the first game i found a bug. When I tried to ban a champion, it doesn't let me, therefore the match making kicked me out and i got a match leaving 5 minute block. Also the match making is kind of laggy. Please fix it Riot, I don't want to get kicked every game I play. Also it deleted all my ip and rp when I logged on to alpha. :(
