Problem "unable to connect to the server (...)"

For like 3 weeks i have this problem. After champion select 70% of my games start with it. The game client starts but the game can’t load, and the message pops up „Unable to connect to the game servers (...)”. I searched for the reason, found some posts about it, but changing the settings and adding leauge in the fire wall did not change any thing. Can some one help? I don’t want to get more 5 or 20 min bans.

I had that issue back in season 6 Uninstall - Everything

Complete reinstall fresh Restart computer after Reinstall and issue should be gone

Edit: Alternatively contact these guys https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us Though you'd have to select the support team for your region this is for mine
