Annie's Ultimate Bugs

Annie ultimate ability still have some serius bugs:

1. sometimes after spawning tibber you can't control it in some time intervals.
2. tibber does not correcly enrage on annie's death when it is spawned, right before annie die.
3. tibber does not correclty focus the chosen targhet with attacks.

Also evn this is not a bug i dont understand why tibber can t attack inhbitors while he can attack towers.
