Won't Let Me Turn Off Language Censor in-Game

I'm not really sure if this is a bug or not, but I'm not able to turn of the Language Filter in game. It's turned off for in Client, but it keeps censoring words while I'm in game. It's really hard to tell what everyone is saying when they're using said words.
