Client bugging

This thing keeps happening ever since this new client was introduced. Sometimes it doesnt bother me that much but sometimes, like now, it actually prevents me from choosing masteries/runes and covers enemies picks (sometimes even friendly). Sometimes it happens on its own but mostly when I have Chrome open in the background
