I dont know why but everytime i have S rank (not everytime :D ) and never give me fragment ...Pls if you can help tell me :( Im sad for this...2 weeks i play everyday*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*

Key fragments drops from wins only (no matter which game mode) You have to own the champion for the fragment to drop as well. The chance of a key dropping is increased by playing with friends, but everytime you get a fragment the chance to get another fragment lowers. Rank (S-D) doesn't determine if you get a fragment or not, I gone weeks myself without getting a single fragment, and then suddenly all the fragments starts rolling in.
Grade does not determine whether you get a key frag or not. It's only on wins and it's RNG after that.
