Need help, please comment

Every time i try to join a game, theres just blackness after the champ select. The loading screen never comes and then i have to turn my computer off to get out of it. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've restarted my computer, done the fix patcher in the before launch menu, and I've completely reinstalled league.
