Hextech Crafting bug, PLEASE HELP ME

I recently got a hextech chest from Diana and when I clicked open on the chest it suddenly disappeared from the screen! I met all the requirements to open it and it strangely disappeared. I would like another chest and 3 keys since I received no loot from it, and yes I did restart my client and even played another game my loot still hasn't appeared.

I think there's a display bug with when you pull permanent loot only (Summoner Icon + Essence). Could you go into your Store > Account > Purchase History and tell me if it shows you unlocked an icon?
