[Gameplay] Amumu hook interaction with base gates

I think this is an unintended bug with Amumu's hooks and the new base gates for the enemy team. When I throw a hook through the base walls, Amumu is able to pass through base walls. However, when I try to hook through base gates, I am unable to do so, in a way similar to trying to hook through Azir Walls.

To replicate:

1. Use Amumu with any champion on the enemy side
2. Have enemy champ stand behind their base gates
3. Use bandage toss on enemy champ
4. Amumu will be stopped by the base gates without being able to pass through.

I've attempted to hook through base gates multiple times but this keeps occurring whenever I attempt to do this.

I'm not too sure about other champions with similar dashes but this bug definitely occurs with Amumu's Q.
