About new lol client

Soo, yesterday I installed new lol client, and when i logged in, i saw that my RP was lower than i had before. I went to Purchase/gifting history and I saw that apparently I gifted someone, but i didnt gift anyone ever. Also, when i went to hextech crafting, 3 skins i had (Project: Ekko, Star guardian Poppy and Commando Garen) were gone and 1 pernament skin was added (Northern Storm Swain). This happend all because of the new client. Maybe someone can tell why this happend or at least give back my rp i bought.
