No mystery boxes

Is anyone else having the problem that they are not getting mystery boxes when they or a teammate score an S? I have scored several "S" ranks recently and it shows I am eligible for all my mystery boxes but I never receive any. I know you can only earn one per champion per month for four champions but it shows all four of mine as unearned.

It's not one per champion per month, it's one per champion per season.

Ok, so I played a champion who definitely had not won a mystery box. My teammate scored an S. I still did not get a mystery box. I am showing that I am able to earn 4. Shouldn't I have gotten one? I think I am still missing something here.
