So if you use your E and Then use the Zhonyas hourglass as soraka it turns you blue.

With stars, Idk if that is a feature or a bug. But you are blue with sparkles of white all over (least on the Halloween skin version)

I've noticed this too. Kinda forgot about it since I stopped building Zhonya's.
