I found this on 9/7/15, at ~12:45. Different champions splash art is in the wrong place. It happens a lot in the picture and does not go away when I go out of my champions tab, exe: clicking match history then champions. Not a huge bug but just something I happened to come across.
Edit: Logging out and in seemed to fix this.

I don't see the Problem? Lulu turns into a giant version of herself and Lux is just so impossible to catch with her buffs. Everything is appropriate as is.
Kidding, I don't know if you still can, but if you can open the files and just change some things back to normal you'll be fine. Or you can just do a repatch. I don't have that going on so maybe it's just your personal files. You can also access hotkeys in there as well. I don't have a detailed explanation for you, so you'll have to google around.

Lissandra really let herself go. Jokes aside, they're aware of this but I think they allow this happen because a large portion of the community likes it as it is because it's just so damn funny.
