I redownloaded League and Then got Kicked After a Game Started to fInish my install

Hello:

I redownloaded league and then queued up for a game. the client was working like normal. Then, instead of the game loading, I got kicked back to the client, where it redownloaded files for an hour, and then I could play. Needless, I lost MMR since I counted as a leaver.

This is very annoying! I'm sure I shouldn't have been allowed to queue up before the install was complete, right?
