Choosing masteries is sometimes glitched?

Just lost a provisional because I didn't have any masteries whatsoever. Before the game I chose my mastery page and got a message like "Error receiving information from the server." I thought nothing of It as It displayed that I was on the mastery page I had chosen. When I got into the game I had no masteries at all. I went 1/7 and we lost because I couldn't snowball. Is this a glitch or am I wrong?

This has been happening to me recently as well. I cannot change from my adc mastery page, which doesnt even have the keystone I want on it. I receive an error message every time I try to change them, and even if it shows me as having the one I selected, it never works in game. Amumu
