Chargeback Glitch

Recently, my account had been suspended for chargebacks and I've been meaning to pay them back. Until recently, whenever I went to the chargeback website it showed what I would need to pay. However, now when I go to that website, it says I owe $0. I haven't payed it back, I was meaning to do that today. It still won't allow me into my league account, and It won't let me pay.
