Zilean Passive Bug (With Footage)

Now with footage, a common Zilean bug I've been experiencing. Zilean sometimes triggers his E on himself while attempting to use his passive on an ally. Usually happens when right clicking multiple times on an ally. Happens when E is not even pressed.
