Ornn's Ultimate

When i was playing ranked a few minutes ago i was playing Ornn support , everything seemed fine until i went to recast my ult for the knock-up. its simply didn't hit it even though it looked like it should have. i passed this off as human error until it happened 2 more times and 2 times after that the recast just did not go off at all even though i was not cc'd.
