LOST MY PROMOS DUE TO REMAKE

A guy dc'ed on my team so we get to remake and we accepted it. After the remake, in the client, my team lost lp and i lost my promos and the other team gained lp. Have this happened to anyone? Riot FIX THIS PLS T_T
