[Gameplay] Yasuo's q permanently stuck on whirlwind

So I was playing yasuo top and was fighting a Pyke, and as soon as I hit my second q I got killed by pyke's ult. When I respawn I head on top again and I notice that my q is stuck on whirlwind form. Every time I q'd I'd send a tornado and the q icon was also stuck as the whirlwind icon. It was pretty op having a 1.2 second long range knockup that dealt a lot of damage. The bug stopped as soon as I q'd while I used my e. Riot plz fix.
