[Gameplay]

I think that i found i bug that is appening to me since patch 7.3 on 2 champs :Zac and Lee Sin

1. Be at close range to a enemy target (this appened 2 times with boths champs on red buff and 1 time against a champ).
2. Use Lee Sin Q two times/Use Zac E (lock towards the target)
3. The animation moving towards the target

Sometimes it happens to me the animations from boths abilities at close range using it appears walking and not jumping and the animation have a little bit of delay. It happens 1/3 or 1/5 tries i dont have all the certainty that is this many times that we have to try but it happened to me at the 3 time - at Lee Sin, and the 5 time - at Zac. You have to try at the same target (lock in the abilityon the same target).
