Fizz'E got punch by blitzcrank's E

I'm a Fizz player. Fizz is a tricky champion. What it attract me is its E ability. But today, when I played Fizz, I met a problem. Actually not a problem, it is a bug. Today, I used Fizz twice in my account. And I used Fizz in my friend's accont also. There are more than 20 matches(just normal game). As we all know, Blitzcrank is a popular sup. One third of these matches have blitz. In the very beginning, when bliz knocked me up during my E ability, I thought that I press it too late and that was the reason. But today, when I totally jump up, bilz can still knock me up and my E ability was on cooldown. After serval times, I caught that moment percisely. For example, normally, when Fizz used its E, a melee champion who is using its basic attack to attack Fizz is going to cancel its action instantly. But Bliztzcrank not, It is going to finish its action and Fizz is going to be knocked up. Plz fix the bug as fast as u can. Thx
