[Client] Banning a champion twice in Poro King

We were able to ban Veigar two times in Champion Select, and I'm not really sure how we did. This isn't a major issue considering that it's a casual game mode and the only bad thing to come out of it is a missed ban, but I wasn't even aware that this was possible. Included Picture as proof, and also checked Lolnexus to make sure it wasn't just a visual bug.
