Long-time player, first-time bug reporter. This isn't a bug, per se, but it might be an oversight by the developers, depending on intent. I just went up against a Zoe mid as Sivir; a few times over the course of the match, I tried using Spell Shield to catch Zoe's Sleepy Trouble Bubble. What I expected to happen was for me to completely negate her ability; both the damage and the ensuing "Drowsy" status. But what happened instead is that though I blocked the damage just fine, I got Drowsy anyway. Later on in the match, I found the opportunity to test what would happen if I walked over the "trap" portion of the Bubble. This time, I negated the "Drowsy" status as expected.

Now, I might just be a novice coder speaking absolute nonsense here, but I'd be remiss to not mention what I think might be happening mechanically. I feel like Spell Shields are coded to count abilities that hit it as "missing," and Zoe's Sleepy Trouble Bubble thereby turns into its trap form, which hits Sivir either a frame later or on the same frame; either way, the trap CC is applied before the trap even appears. I sincerely hope that helps you wonderful people fix another snarl in the spaghetti code of this game.
