bug on picture when a tower has been killed

Iv'e seen it twice now when a blue team tower has been destroyed the picture shows someone on blue team has destroyed it. same ive seen it for red team to just an example.

also have seen in chat it says " a minion (rift herald) has slain the rift herald.

That's because at 19 minutes it turns into Baron if nobody has killed it.
