Hi i had a bug and idk why i lost all my skins weel not all only from 3 guys this is weird right ??so if could answer me why and how i could get it back thx ! ps/the skins was:jinx firecracker -project lucian-and arhi arcade

Hey!

Typically, content is removed due to gifts being sent as a result of fraudulent activity.

If a player purchases RP and gifts content with it, and subsequently issues a chargeback for the money spent on that RP, we will remove that content. This can occur if these skins were gifted by a friend, and the chargeback occurred on their end, too.

If you believe that content you have purchased/received on your account has gone missing and is not due to either of these two scenarios, make sure to submit a ticket! We can look into your account and investigate further!

Hi hi!

No worries, always happy to help! If there was a chargeback, you wouldn't be able to get the skins back, no. Basically, a chargeback means you dispute the charge, so your credit/debit card would have the money refunded to it, which ultimately means you didn't pay for the skin(s), which is why they're removed from your account.

That said, if you don't think this occurred, and the skins are actually missing, please do submit a ticket, and we'll be happy to investigate further. :)

In that case, please submit a ticket (click the link in my original post), and our support team can take a look at your account and see why the content was removed. If they find the content should be added to your account, they'll be able to handle that, too. I don't have access to people's accounts, so I'm not going to be much more help here, buuuut Player Support will be! :)
