Hi i had a bug and idk why i lost all my skins weel not all only from 3 guys this is weird right ??so if could answer me why and how i could get it back thx ! ps/the skins was:jinx firecracker -project lucian-and arhi arcade

Hey!

Typically, content is removed due to gifts being sent as a result of fraudulent activity.

If a player purchases RP and gifts content with it, and subsequently issues a chargeback for the money spent on that RP, we will remove that content. This can occur if these skins were gifted by a friend, and the chargeback occurred on their end, too.

If you believe that content you have purchased/received on your account has gone missing and is not due to either of these two scenarios, make sure to submit a ticket! We can look into your account and investigate further!
